The sleep researchers are divided on the question of how much sleep do you actually require. Some say it is 8 hours, others come up with the suggestion of 6 hours. It all depends on the physique and the lifestyle of the person that would determine the length of sleep.

If you can reduce the period of sleep but improve its quality, the result will be a good health and an early wake-up habit developed over a period of time.

The underlying idea is that your body should get enough sleep time to maintain a good health. You can reduce the sleep time by about one hour without any prejudice to health. In this regards the first step is to improve the quality of sleep for good Health and Sleep.
